A Few Words From The Cake Designer One of my favorite childhood memories is sitting with my grandmother, making royal icing roses and looking through her wedding cake albums. Over the years, I've honed that interest into both a passion and an art, and I approach each cake I make with artistic detail and flair. I do custom carvings and free-hand designs, so if you have an idea that's "outside the box", weird, wacky, or even politically incorrect, I'll work with you to make it a reality! Because I am an independent artist, I am available by appointment only, but I am available most evenings and weekends, and will gladly work with you to accomodate your schedule.
